At Space Queen, some items are made to order, while others ship from partners. We want your cosmic experience to be seamless.

Created especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering wrong color/product

☄️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

🛰️ Partner-Fulfilled Items

These products ship from our trusted suppliers. In general:

  • Returns accepted within 14–30 days.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

📡 Lost Packages

If your package is missing in orbit, confirm your address and check your tracking. Contact us if the delivery window has passed.

🪐 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your coordinates! If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
