🌌 Made-to-Order Items

Created especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • ✨ Change of mind
  • ✨ Ordering wrong color/product

☄️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact our ground crew within 14 days with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

🛰️ Partner-Fulfilled Items

These products ship from our trusted suppliers. In general:

  • Returns accepted within 14–30 days.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

📡 Lost Packages

If your package is missing in orbit, confirm your address and check your tracking. Contact us if the delivery window has passed.

🪐 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your coordinates! If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs to launch the package back into your orbit.
