Greetings, Space Queen. We work with specialized galactic partners to ensure your treasures reach you across the stars. Because we utilize different fulfillment centers, shipping times and processes may vary depending on the items in your orbit.
1. Processing & Handling
Our mission control begins processing your order within 2-5 business days. Please note that during high-volume solar flares (holidays), processing may take a bit longer.
Apparel & Print Gear
Our custom-printed items (Printful) are made to order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before blast-off.
Curated Treasures
Our specialty curated items (Zendrop) are sourced globally to bring you the best value in the galaxy.
2. Estimated Transit Times
Once your order has cleared the atmosphere, expect the following delivery windows:
- United States: 7 - 15 business days
- International: 10 - 25 business days (Depending on your planet's customs)
Note: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate starships to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
3. Tracking Your Voyage
Once your package has departed, you will receive a Tracking Transmission via email. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking data to sync with the galactic grid.
4. Customs & Interstellar Duties
Space Queen is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred once the package leaves our sector. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Lost in the Void
If your package has been pulled into a black hole (lost in transit), please contact our support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can launch a rescue mission.
